You made it to the guacamole stage!

 

For stage three you can add to all that came before:
At this stage all of the foods that are allowed in stage one are still permitted:
Home-made meat of fish stock from pasture raised animals or wild caught fish
Home-made soup made with meat or fish stock, the meat or fish from that stock and approved vegetables
Allowed vegetables for soups: Onion, Garlic, Shallot, Leeks, Scallions, Carrots, Beets, Zucchini, Pumpkin, Squash of any kind, Tomato, Red and Yellow Peppers, Broccoli and Cauliflower with stems removed, any vegetable that does not have more fiber and starch as these.
Vegetables specifically not allowed at this stage include: Celery, Cabbage, Parsnips, Potatoes of any kind, Okra, Corn, and all canned vegetables
Probiotic foods, dairy or vegetable based (If you are using the juices from your sauerkraut, save the veggies for a later stage.) Included in probiotic foods: sauerkraut juice, home-made yoghurt, home-made kefir, home-made sour-cream, whey from your home-made yoghurt,
Fresh Ginger tea
Raw Honey (in small amounts)
Coconut oil
Ghee
Raw egg yolks if tolerated
Soft boiled eggs if tolerated
Fresh herbs (no spices yet!)

And now:

Avocado

Nut butters

Scrambled eggs

Sauerkraut
